We all hold our bodies slightly differently when we go upside down. And there is no one-size-fits-all approach to this practice. Personal coaching offers an opportunity to refine your skills and learn more about yourself.
In our time together, I hope to help you hone your learning process and give you the time and space you need to process new information. You will decide on your goals and I will guide you there. Together, we can get you your handstands.

I am Sheryl
& I BUILD YOUR HANDSTANDS BASED ON YOUR UNIQUE BODY.
I want to create a curriculum that works best for your unique body. I use a blend of circus, calisthenics and yoga in my teaching. I have had more than 4 years of teaching inversions to practitioners from their early 20s to late 60s and have successfully helped them stand on their hands.
A pROGRAMME THAT WORKS FOR YOU
This coaching comes in a hybrid format that gives you both the space and guidance you require to get good at handstands.
You will be given a set of weekly homework and we will meet once a week to review your work and refine your techniques.

What will this programme be like? What can I expect?
Together, we will co-create a program to help you achieve your goal. The program will consist of daily drills for you to work on. You will submit your homework virtually and we'll run through your videos in-person every week and work on refining your technique.
You will also get 24/7 access to me, should you have any questions about your handstands or homework.
