WHY WORK WITH ME?

Figuring out your handstand is like piecing together a jigsaw puzzle. We are all missing different pieces of the puzzle and my job is to figure out what’s missing in yours.

I am energised by problem-solving and am willing to go the extra mile to help you understand what the missing pieces are in your handstand. I have also been told to have “a good eye” to see what you need to work on to improve meaningfully.

Most importantly, I am still actively trying to learn more about the discipline and figure out the best ways to convey different concepts to my students.

I find that I work best with people who
- Struggle to find body tension in space, especially dancers and yogis
- Need to satisfy their intellectual curiosity about handstands

And if you feel like we are a good fit, I’d love to work with you!

Inspiring Grandma, Yoga and Handstand Enthusiast

“You are doing wonders. I started handstand basics from Nov 2020. In March 2024 I felt I had reached a plateau and my coaches were getting frustrated for not being able to understand them.

Within 10 lessons and with your yoga background I’m able to understand your cues and by watching our training videos over and over again and the homework drills I have improved so much."
