Hello,
I am Sheryl.
I specialize in working with those who are
-
Hypermobile and struggle to find body tension in space, especially within the dance and yoga circle
-
Strong and tight and struggle to feel effortless on their hands
-
Overwhelmingly fearful of falling out of their handstands due to past traumatic experiences

Finding a coach is like finding a partner, it is important to find someone who works with you. Here’s a little bit of who I am for you to decide if we are a good fit.
And I want to help you...

-
Move your body freely, intelligently and with curiosity.
-
Explore the limits of your body (and mind).
-
Do things you have never thought you would be able to achieve.
I believe that the body holds intelligence and if we allow ourselves to address the body's needs, we can bring you to the next level.
During our time today, you will feel safe and you will be heard and challenged. You will be given time to feel the sensations in the body and progressions to challenge your ability to recreate those sensations. You will be pushed close to your edge, but not over. And you will be given space to disagree. You will be given the autonomy to decide what you want to achieve, how much you want to commit and what type of support you require.
I believe that in coaching, we are equal partners. You are the expert in your body and I am the expert in the discipline and together, we will find the best way to help your body achieve handstands.
